RCSJ Tamaraw Receives Award from Phil. Army

April 20, 2009, Tanay, Rizal - RCSJ Tamaraw was chosen as one of the BEST  in  CALABARZON and MIMAROPA by the 2nd Infantry Division of the Phil. Army.  During the Awarding Ceremony, as part of the 2ID's 33rd Anniversary Celebration, RC San Jose Tamaraw was awarded a gold plaque in grateful recognition of the invaluable support to the 80th Infantry Batallion in the execution of various civic action and outreach programs that put emphasis on Health, Hunger, Water and Literacy, benefiting the poor folks and indigenous people of Occidental Mindoro, thus advancing convergence of efforts towards local empowerment, poverty alleviation and peace and order. Aside from Legacy Pres. Ched E. Bagatsolon-Sy of RC San Jose Tamaraw, other awardees were youth leaders, government employees and agencies, batallion commanders, and  private companies. The awarding was held on April 20, 2009 at the 2ID Headquarters in Tanay, Rizal and graced by no other than the young and hardworking Governor of Rizal, Casimiro Ynares III.
