S.T.A.B.L.E. Program (Batch 2)
March 9-10, 2009, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro - RCSJ Tamaraw sponsored the second batch of the STABLE program. last March 9-10, 2009 The STABLE program is one of the flagship projects of RC SJ Tamaraw for RY 2008-2009. It supports the main thrust of RI President D.K. Lee of reducing child mortality rate. The internationally-accredited program is designed to educate participants further on neo-natal intensive care and neo-natal resuscitation. The S.T.A.B.L.E. program is based on a U.S.- Standard course designed for medical practitioners particularly those in the field of neo-natal care. Ms. Linda Fernandez - a retired nurse from the U.S,. who is devoting most of her time now for charitable works, offered her services as program lead instructor. The second batch of participants, composing of 14 nurses, doctors, medical technologists was conducted at the Sikatuna Beach Hotel & Restuarant in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro.
