District Governor Ma. Concepcion “Connie” N. Beltran is the 6th of the seven children of Remigio C. Beltran and former Vice-Governor of Bataan- Carolina N. Beltran. She belongs to the family of civic leaders as her parents are both stalwarts of Bataan Lions Club. Her eldest sister is a past president of Zonta Club of Cebu 1 while her elder brother is a past master of the Free and Accepted Masons.
She finished BSC-Major in Marketing Management at the St. Scholastica’s College and took an Associates Degree in Applied Science at FIT-State University of New York in New York City graduating Magna Cum Laude.
She is into real estate development managing several of their family businesses such as shopping mall, 60 room dormitory and subdivision developments. She is an active member and officer of the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations, Inc. or CREBA. Presently she is the corporate secretary of the CREBA Social Housing Foundation, Inc.
DG Connie is an active member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Pasay Silangan. She joined Rotary in 1999 and was voted twice as Most Outstanding Rotarian. DG Connie was the 23rd and first female president of the Rotary Club of Pasay Silangan and awarded as one of the Most Outstanding Centennial Presidents – overall of District 3810 for Rotary Year 2004-2005 during the term of Gov. Joel Tinitigan.
She held numerous positions in the district and the latest of which before she was elected as Governor Nominee was District Secretary. Her truthful performance of her job as District Secretary enabled her to experience the pain and joy of a District Governor. All of these, DG Connie is willing to do all over again all for the love of Rotary and the joy of service.
DG Connie is a multi awarded Centennial president, a well loved Rotarian, a faithful and true friend who will always be there for you no matter what, a woman of principle who is not afraid to fight for what is right and what she believes in no matter who stands her way, a good follower, a leader who leads by example, the epitome of a true servant leader and the pride and jewel of the Rotary Club of Pasay Silangan, RI District 3810.
