Track and Field Oval of Ultra, Pasig City

Mechanics of the Games

Tug of War

Each team will compose of 10 players (5 Male/ 5 Female) the objective of the game is to pull the rope going to your Territory. When the center of the rope pass to your territory marker, you will win the game.

Sack Race

A team will be composed of five (5) male and five (5) female. each member of the team will be stationed on regular interval, at signal of start, first player shall pickup the sack in front of him/her and place both feet inside and while holding the sack shall moved forward as fast as possible to the next player who will wait at designated place, incoming and outgoing may help each other during the change over, last player must reach finish line with both feet still inside the sack 


Each team is composed of 5 players (3 Female/2 Male) the objective of the game is to go forward, passing each box with corresponding points and to avoid to tap by the (it) opponent. Time limit is 3 minutes. 

Group Jumping Rope

The objective of the game is to jump the group as many as they could in a limited time of three (3) minutes. 

Sipa sa Mangis: 5 members per team (2 female/3 male)

Each player is required to Kick the sipa in one (1) minute

Obstacle Course

At the starting line, players will make first the obstacle, threading, jumping rope, planting straw, tumbang Preso and Puzzle before run the race


The Cheering Event will also be open to the participating/registered teams both from Rotaract Clubs and Interact Clubs. Only 6 participating clubs from each category (RAC/IAC) shall be accepted to compete and show their festive cheering on the R.I. Theme for 2010-2011: “Building Communities, Bridging Continents”. Participation shall be on a “first come, first served” based on the submission of the Club/Team official registration form.

A minimum of 6 participants for the cheering competition shall come from the team players themselves.  Presentation time shall be 3 to 5 minutes only.

The criteria for the Cheering competition are as follows:

  • Relevance on the Theme           :   30%

  • Performance & Choreography  :   30%

  • Creativity and Originality           :   20%

  • Audience Impact                       :   20%
