The search for this year's winners and awardees was chosen by the district judged by their outstanding leadership and excellence in his/her contribution to the cause of humanity. All qualifying nominees was screened and interviewed by a panel of judges. In essence, proof of nominees' outstanding contributions to his/her fellowmen constitute the basis for the RYLA Award.
