Rotary International District 3810 is a local segment of the Rotary International in the Philippines, under Zone 10-A, comprising the areas of Manila, Pasay, Cavite, and Occidental Mindoro, with over 3000+ members, more than 100 Rotary and 80+ Rotaract clubs.
